High School Football was the greatest preparation for the challenges that life can offer. It was also the most painful experience. Triple sessions, 3 sessions training per day in the August heat and humidity was a terrible introduction. That was before water was considered a performance enhancer and a lifesaver. They just listen, smile and have no idea what they're talking about. We do!
