Facts about Football

Each soccer player works differently in games. Each coach has his own contribution to the team. However, among the many coaches and players emerging in the face of the game, there will be those who are different. There are players and coaches who can become a legend by the way they play their game.

The best players and coaches of all time are duly recognized in many respects. First, it is clear the roar of the fans or the crowd, once you hear the name of the player to be announced. Second, is through polls and surveys, or even the sports magazine. All receive praise from commentators different game, or positive in the press articles. Sometimes learning to be part of what they call the Dream Team of the United States when it comes to football. Top Players become party All-Americas. Third, receiving numerous awards related to the football field. They win the prize more valuable, or can be inducted into the Hall Heisman Awards of Fame.

For each team, players and coaches get the opportunity. You can not only professionals but also with college teams. Sooners Oklahoma is one of those who have most of the players and coaches to give individual awards. Here are some:

1. Billy Simms, who is running back to the way the team again in 1975. He is the recipient of the Heisman Trophy in 1978. He was also named Most Outstanding Player in the same year, led him to receive another award named Brian Davey O 'Trophy. Who, after graduating, became a professional footballer to join the Detroit Tigers.

2. Jason White is the former quarterback team and played for them from 1999-2004. It is one of the recipients of the Heisman, Davey O'Brien and Thorpe Courage Award. Also been appointed as senior quarterback through the most notable of Johnny Unitas Golden Arm Award (which they do every year). It is also recognized as one of the best players in the country through different media, coaches and members of the Maxwell Club. It is also part of the All-American for 2003.

3. -Robert Anthony Stoops is the head coach of the team since 1999 until now. He lifted the team and keep winning national championships, a number of titles and conference championships bowl. He is a recipient of the "Paul Bear Bryant Trophy." Won other awards that are hailed on the football field.

4. Bob Switzerland, coached in chief of Oklahoma Sooners 1973-1988. He led the team to win three national championships. In 1974 he won the Walter Camp Coach of the Year. Receive not many titles, but has developed many players. In fact, in his years as coach, he made 54 of his players to be part of the All-American. Moreover, statistics show that is so good Rated as the best coaches in college football.

Freddie Brister is a huge fan of the Big 12 and the Oklahoma Sooners. His love for the game of football started with an older brother passing the pigskin around in the backyard with cousins and neighborhood friends.
