First Well – that's just my opinion, but here are some of the basics that try to continue as a senior football school:
Player Safety – The only thing I consider a more important. Keep an eye on the safety of players:
- Clipping
- Illegal blocks – Chop, block in the back, etc.
- Face masks / pull hull openings or chin – with a touch of old
- Unnecessary roughness – Yes that's football – a success, but completely useless to a player outside a room or a blow with the intention to harm must be controlled
Slow Down The Game – be sure to see what is best for call. get the right to appeal from the tip.
Position, position, position – the coaches and the fans hate it when a call is made within 30 meters of a piece, and you know what – do not good to be officials. in the right position to make a call or view part.  It's easier said than done and good field practice and mechanics. Know where you belong – and be there.
Communication – strong communication with employees other is extremely important. starts with a pre-game dialogue. Talk on major points, game kicking game – the duties of position for kicking and shoving kicking action, Etc. to name a few.
Is likely whistle in his mouth? Do not officiate with a whistle in his mouth – is what happens to you in trouble sooner or later blow an inadvertent whistle and if you do – you it, overcome it and learn from it.  It happens to all levels!
Read and study the rules – at almost every opportunity that is the job get. each employee to know the rules – not just a referee, or umpire. Sooner or later, when communicating in a call with other officials may be asked clarification. And sooner or later if a long time will change your position – you may find yourself as the referee hat (white) a day.s know the rules and learn them.es I to start covering some of the basic rules for a future post.
Finally – Have fun, open minded, and always learn from whata that made during the game. Keep a record of what happened during each game, and set goals for yourself!
