What would be the best football game at Notre Dame go?

My friend is a big fan of Notre Dame football, and I want to buy tickets for his birthday. I know nothing about football and I wonder which of these factors could be the best or most exciting game to go? USC, Boston, The university, Navy, or Connecticut? And also, if anyone knows where the cheapest place to get tickets would be? Thanks for your help.

USC would be the best. Great rivalry and will be a great game this year. British Columbia is also a good option. Note however, economic and Notre Dame football are not terms that go well with others.
