Ok, do not laugh, that is 7 on 7 football?

Yo guys, Iam from abroad, so I grew up playing and watching football and basketball, football or baseball, not everyone. But I'm falling in love with football. Could you give me a good explanation of what that 7 7 is? Also, quarterback has a specific role in it, or benefit more than other players do? One last thing I would be grateful if you could recommend a simple (tips, websites, etc.) become more familiar with baseball and golf. Thanks for your time.

7on7 football is played with 7 players on the attack (six back / WR 's QB + 1) and 7 players on defense (not defensive lineman). The game is only in passing and the offense tries to score on defense. It is used to make the game more strong passing before the start of the season for skilled offensive players more familiar with the coverages and routes.
